2、Package

* When you are opening the package, I suggest you record a video.
* When there is any problem with the product, you can send the video to us and we will help you solve the problem.

3、DHL/Fedex Remote Fees

* If your address is in a remote area, DHL/Fedex will charge an additional remote fee, which is not something we can decide.
